campaign.set_relation [FactionID] [-1/0/1] (This one simple, -1 declare war, 1 peace, 0 neutral, but when you put 0, the command line will show, neutral act is not implemented yet. So could be a possibility to form a proper alliance.) There are still more to find out but I stressed onto these 2 things ( Diplomacy and Assassinations )
