Caravans are a great way for a bannerlord to make passive income. Sure, there’s a hefty upfront cost, but with the right companion in the lead you’ll make the money back in no time. In Bannerlord, unlike previous Mount & Blade games, there are no set companions. Instead, they’re generated with a random name attached to a random title.
You have to get good to win tournaments. Not a guaranteed source of income, until you can reliably win them all, which also requires good armor. People saying they make easy money this way are already good at attacking and blocking with swords. I have easy blocking on, too frustrating for me otherwise.
Best way to make passive income? Discussion Title. I have 3 shops (max im allowed right now), 2 villages, and a castle. And I only make like $400 a day. Which means I have to keep my army very small in order to make any kind of profit.
-Passive shoulder sheilds, disabled by default and i agree. Might be slightly realistic, but its a pain for gameplay. -Slight complain but arrows, even from 200 pound bows feel slow. I know the modders used real historic sources to decide how to do this, and i might be being unfair, its just a personal take.
Any losses end up back in your pocket as passive income and the price impact echoes for a while. Alternatively make a monopoly, but I would only do this with Silversmiths or the like. Buying up every tannery or brewery and flipping the type is hell. One final thing is check out the workshop perks in trade and stewardship. Those really help out.
This mod has been set to hidden. Hidden at 02 Sep 2023, 5:48PM by ing322 for the following reason: This mod is currently not supported by the author (s) and/or has issue (s) they are unable to fix yet. Allows you to multiply your income from caravans/workshops & settlements. Very flexible with a decent amount of settings, and more to be added.
nHL4. There's 3 options for passive income. Workshops - just don't be one of those people who makes a thread about "workshops not working", try and use the sesrch function if you have issues, all of the questions have been answered a billion times. Caravans - ties up a companion/family member and is a risky investment, especially if you're at war
Then chose one of companions to protect caravan. At first you will make negative income, because the caravan costs money to keep up, but later you will have income of caravan. There will be 2 entries for passive money of one caravan: The negative for upkeep and the plus from trades.
Loyalty provides a buff when over 75 to most things. Keeping security and loyalty up is key to stable castles/towns. (charm 225 parade +5 loyalty. leadership 125 +5 sec when waiting in town/day.) if your sec/loyalty is low, it might be best to leave the town to fairgrounds daily, until its stable enough to build something.
You can get one guaranteed banner by playing the game’s campaign mode. The story will bring you on a quest to find the missing pieces of Calradia’s lost Dragon Banner. Thanks to the update which adds banners as a physical item. This too can be used in battle. Another way to get a banner is by winning one in tournaments.
Workshops generate passive income. In Mount and Blade 2 Bannerlord, workshops generate passive income, meaning you don’t have to do any work to earn money once you’ve purchased one. You don’t need to pay employees or provide materials for production. While the earnings are modest and fluctuate, making 200 gold per day is a good result.
